By using this site you agree to use the forum and chat room only to send and receive messages and information that is proper and relevant to this site. The following list of examples is not exhaustive and is intended to give users an idea of what is unacceptable. By using this site you agree that you will not:

Abuse, harass, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

Go off-topic in a thread, or post non-relevant material, or cause disruption to that thread, purposefully.

Abuse or make personal attacks on other members, we will not tolerate under any circumstances offensive and abusive arguments, such posts will be removed and the poster will receive a warning that continuation of such behavior will result in their account being deleted or suspended, depending on the severity of the abuse.

'Own' more than one user account, unless you are the site webmaster or administrator.

Allow the use of your user account by anybody else. (except in a case of emergency, for example, when a registered user has had an accident or is seriously ill and Site contact is being maintained by a relative or friend without their own user account) We appreciate that contacting the site for approval may be difficult, so, the relative / friend must identify themselves as such in the first post they make.

Advertise or sell your own products or services, or post messages inviting to treat (even if to be concluded by private treaty), without first agreeing an advertising fee or commission with the administrators, which will subsequently be used towards the running costs of the site. This excludes buying and selling of motorcycles, motorcycle parts and accessories at a domestic level, but not services.


Not misuse your profile - should anything you provide in your profile be offensive, or false, your account will be deleted. This includes external site links, and user names.
This site and its webmaster has no obligation to monitor this site. However, this site will at all times disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any legitimate law, regulations, legal procedures or governmental request.

Users must post within 7 days of registering, or their account will be deleted. Continual non use of an account, will lead to the account being deleted. Members wishing to come back to the site, will be offered a trial period, where they must be active on the site, if they have been removed.

The admin team will consider issues of Gross misconduct, on an individual basis, and will act upon any isssues, that may bring the site into disrepute. Any decision taken by the Admin team, with regards to the AUP rules being broken, will, be discussed, and will be acted upon accordingly, the admin team's decision is final.

Site Protection :-

You agree NOT to join the forum or connect to the forum via a proxy server, all ip addresses are checked, if you are found to be using a proxy server to access the site, it will be banned, your account will be banned, and you will be removed from the site. Should you then sign up with your real IP address under a new name, you will be banned, ip address blocked, and information will be reported to your ISP.

Attempt to duplicate the Site in any way by means of another Website / Domain registration / Group (E.g. MSN Groups, Yahoo Groups, or any other type of site.)

Copy any of the Site's content to other websites without the prior permission of the Webmaster. This includes the forum posts. Any abuse relating to this will lead to immediate removal of the relevant account(s)

Not to set up another site, similar in vein to Northukbikers.
Not to poach members by means of communicating via this web site, or via personal e-mail.

Use the forum to post any spam / pornographic material / pornographic links. This includes sites that could cause harm to minors: or attempt to harm, minors in any way, including, but not limited to child pornography.

By using this site you understand that others may read your communications without your knowing. Always be cautious when giving out any personally identifying information in the forum.

This site does not accept responsibility for ANY messages or information found in the forum or chat room and, quite specifically rejects all liability with regard to the forum and chat room and any actions resulting from your participation within them.

We will not be held responsible for any information that may be compromised by someone whom may hack into your account. If you feel your account has been hacked into, notify the system administrator immediately and we will look further into the matter, and adequate punishment will be given, which includes banning, and notifying their ISP.

Northukbikers Trips Members are not permitted on our cheap deal trips, unless they have been reasonably active on the site. "Reasonably" is decided by the admin team.
